For drivetrains utilizing the MK5 line of swerve modules, this kit lifts the swerve module and robot chassis 1" by lowering the drive wheel. It increases ground clearance to traverse uneven terrain, and more readily enables intaking game pieces and deploying mechanisms under the robot.
The lift is accomplished by utilizing a 1" tall module riser and longer 15T bevel gear shaft. The riser is a one-piece billet component with locating features for the main steering gear and wheel mounts to ensure everything maintains proper alignment.
The following is included in a Single kit for one swerve module:
- 1x Module Riser
- 1x Extended 15T Bevel Gear
- 2x 10-32 x 2.25" Cap Screw
- 2x 10-32 x 2.75" Cap Screw
A Set includes 4x of the above to cover four swerve modules.
